My spiritual journey began over twenty years ago, and through every twist and turn life has taken me — building a career, navigating uncertainty, and even losing my connection to it all for a time — it has always been the one thing to which I returned. When I didn't know which way to turn, the stars, the cards, and the quiet wisdom within never failed to show me the way forward.

Astrology became my first language of self-discovery — the way the planets above mirror what's within us still fascinates me. Tarot has become a trusted companion for moments of confusion, transition, and a daily practice for centering and connecting with Spirit. There is something profound about asking a question and allowing the cards to reflect back the truths you already carry, even when you can't yet see them clearly.

These practices, paired with journaling, meditation, and movement, form the foundation of how I navigate the world and how I guide others. Finding the space to connect the quiet threads weaving it all together has given me the ability to process, to question, and to witness my own growth in real time. These practices have taught me to trust myself and develop an inner authority in the silence between my thoughts, the wisdom of my own intuition, and to recognize the subtle language of the universe.
